Exercise

Past 6 months have been the most exercise I had since high school. If only I could also change some eating habits, I think I would see substantial improvements in my physical condition.

It's not like I am hitting the gym everyday or have a well though out work out plan. It's a lot more sporadic and it varies in intensity. Nevertheless I am feeling pretty good about the work I have been doing and would like to keep it up.
