Feeling off
Sometimes you just don't feel okay. And that's okay. I am having one of those moments when you feel like something's wrong. I can't really pinpoint what it is. But I feel a certain anxiety almost. I guess you just need to hunker down and wait for it to pass.
The more I think about it, the more it sounds like a mental health problem. It's funny how we experience things that may potentially be diagnosed. We try to make sense of them but can't. If I knew the name of the thing that I am feeling, it would make me feel a lot better. Even writing this and talking about it helps.
