On sleep
How much sleep does one need? I have been operating with 2 hours of sleep on average for the last week and I get by. I don't feel amazing but I am also not miserable.
One thing I have noticed is that I heal slower. So maybe 2 hours is not enough. Just maybe. Not sure.
