Start the day
I just woke up and started the day by completing all of my daily goals. Even though I have been on this schedule for more than 2 months, this is actually the first time I completed every thing in the first hour upon waking up. I have to say I do feel like I have been missing out.
Now for the rest of the day, I don't have to feel any pressure and I do not need worry about completing every thing till the end of the day.
I think this would have been difficult towards the beginning of my journey since I wasn't really used to doing all these things then. But now it all feels so simple and so natural, I can just run through them right after waking up. I might try to keep this rhythm going.
